Dr. Nikolai Kriukov

During my master program, I was studying in Saint Petersburg State university. My master theses considered various discrete analogues of Renyi's parking problem. After defending in Saint Petersburg in 2018 I moved to Switzerland. For four years I was a PhD student in the University of Lausanne under the supervision of Professor Enkelejd Hashorva. I defended my PhD in April 2022, in my thesis I was studying several questions about extremes of Gaussian processes. Now I am looking forward investigating new topics in probability theory.
