Azadeh Parvaneh received her Ph.D. in Statistics, focusing on probability theory and stochastic processes, from the University of Isfahan in January 2023. Azadeh wrote her thesis under the supervision of Prof. Rahul Roy from the Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi Centre. As a Ph.D. student, she studied topics related to the Drainage networks and the Brownian web.
Azadeh Parvaneh joined the NETWORKS program in June 2023 as a postdoctoral researcher under the joint supervision of Rajat Subhra Hazra and Frank den Hollander to work on topics in complex networks. She is broadly interested in topics on stochastic geometry and connecting probability theory with random networks or interacting particle systems.
