After participating in the World Solar Challenge (2017), Henk Alkema received a double master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Eindhoven University of Technology (2019). For his master thesis, he proposed FPT algorithms for two variations of Euclidean TSP in narrow rectangles.
Henk started as a PhD student in November 2019 under supervision of Mark de Berg, continuing his research on networks with specific geometric properties.
