Daniel Olah received his MSc degree in applied mathematics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Hungary. The title of his master thesis was "Dynamic centrality in social networks", which was a work in cooperation with MTA SZTAKI. From September 2017 he is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Technology in Eindhoven, where his main research topic is geometric spanner networks under the supervision of Tim Hulshof, Kevin Buchin, Remco van der Hofstad and Mark de Berg. The aim is to study robust or failure resistant spanning networks in stochastics settings.
