Haodong Zhu received his BSc in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics (2018) and his MSc in Probability and Statistic (2021), both at the Peking University. During his master degree, he studied the properties of stochastic processes by using the tools of elliptic equations and functional analysis. The title of his master's thesis is ‘Large deviation principle for the sample entropy production rate of diffusion processes on torus’.
In August 2021, Haodong will start his PhD at TU/e under the supervison of Remco van der Hofstad and Noela Müller. He will focus on random graphs.
