Martijn Gösgens received his BSc and MSc from the TU/e. For his Bachelor's, he completed a dual program in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, while he focused on Applied Mathematics for his Master's.
During his Master thesis "A Framework for Community Detection" he explored theoretically formalizing the problem of Community Detection. From April 2020, he will continue research in this direction for his PhD at the TU/e. His project is supervised by Remco van der Hofstad and Nelly Litvak.
