YEQT IX: Scaling limits of queueing networks

From 11 to 13 November Eurandom will organise a workshop on YEQT IX: Scaling limits of queueing networks.

This will be the ninth edition of the Young European Queueing Theorists  (YEQT) workshop. The topic of this year’s workshop is about “Scaling limits of queueing networks”. Four topics in queueing theory are selected around which a clustered programme will be developped:

1. Asymptotic analysis of many-server queues
2. Applications of fluid and diffusion limits in queueing networks
3. Scaling of Markov processes
4. Diffusion control problems
